About
You have one week to get all your household TASKS done. Find the WILL to get things done, but don't forget about your COMFORT! And may LUCK be on your side!
Controls
Move left, right [A] [D]
Interact [E]
Resources
- Action Points (AP) – how many tasks you can complete in a day (3 per day).
- Will – determines how willing you are to do things at all (3 at first day).
- Comfort – affects your chances of successfully completing tasks (0 by default).
At the beginning of each new day, you gain +1 will and your AP resets to 3. However, unfinished tasks reduce your Comfort! But it cannot be less than -4. Deal with tasks as soon as possible!
Actions
Almost every action has a difficulty level, which determines your chance of success (%). Increase your Comfort to increase your chances!
Actions may require some resources (AP, Will) to perform. These resources are always spent, regardless of whether you succeed.
Successful actions may reward you with additional resources. But AP cannot be replenished.
Success is determined by rolling a d20 (yes, just like in DnD). The roll must meet or exceed the action's difficulty level, after applying any bonuses.
Project
In my opinion, laziness is born in the moment you make a choice. But laziness isn't always a bad thing. Sometimes, it's a tool that helps you preserve yourself.
In this mini-game, I wanted to show exactly that: choosing to be lazy here and now can help you achieve something greater later.
The game was made in Unity. All sprites were created by myself in Aseprite. Sound effects and music were taken from free sources, including sfxr.me and Pixabay.
For the best experience, run on a PC or laptop.
Run fullscreen.
